Composition: 


  • 1 ml of affinity purified anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody conjugated nanoparticles (blue colour) and 1 ml of anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody conjugated nanoparticles (red colour).
  • Antibodies raised in: Goat
  • Detection type: Colorimetric
    Working dilution: 1:50
  • Supplied in: 20mM Tris (pH 8.0), 150mM NaCl, 20% glycerol (v/v), 1% BSA
  • Volume: 1 ml of each nanoparticle probe – Enough material to probe 3-5 standard size (80 mm x 70 mm) blotted PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes.

Unique multiplex nanoparticle colorimetric secondary detection kit allows for simultaneous detection of up to two antigens in immunoblotting applications such as western blots and dot-blots.

Detection can be performed visually and does not require the use of expensive imaging equipment, which is required for multiplex western blots with fluorescent detection.

Simultaneous detection of two different antigens using our multiplex nanoparticle detection kit in a vertical flow dot blot assay in less than 5 minutes.
