The spinning grade silver antibacterial powder is made by silver ion exchange on ultrafine cubic zirconium phosphate carrier. The particle size is small and the normal distribution is concentrated. This product solves other silver antibacterial powder on chemical fiber. Easy to change color, quick migration, poor spinnability and other issues. It has strong antibacterial activity against various pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Instructions for use

The antibacterial masterbatch containing 20% of the inorganic antibacterial powder may be preliminarily prepared, and then the antibacterial masterbatch is added to the chemical fiber in a proportion of 5-6%. It is recommended that the product finally contain RN-NAN-JDGKP-004 inorganic antibacterial powder at 1.0-1.2%.
