Anti-FITC IgG Conjugated Gold Nanoparticles
Anti-FITC IgG is an antibody produced in sheep that binds specifically to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). FITC is a fluorochrome dye that absorbs ultraviolet light and emits a yellow-green light when excited. This antibody can be used to detect FITC-labeled antibodies and proteins.
Description
Anti-FITC conjugated gold nanoparticles are suitable for use in applications such as lateral flow, immunoblotting, light microscopy, and electron microscopy.
