Function Nano Zinc Oxide 20-40nm for UV shielding
RN-NAN-JDGQP-004 nano-ZnO is a new type of high-performance fine inorganic product oriented to the 21st century. Its particle size is between 20-40nm, also known as ultra-fine ZnO. Due to the fineness of particle size, the specific surface area increases sharply, resulting in nano-ZnO production. The surface is not covered by the bulk material, small size effect and macroscopic quantum tunneling effect. Therefore, nano ZnO has special properties and new uses that are incomparable to general ZnO products in terms of magnetism, light, electricity and sensitivity. In addition, the general band width of zinc oxide is 3.2 eV, and its corresponding absorption wavelength is 388 nm. When the particle size is small, the band gap increases to more than 4.5 eV due to the quantum size effect, so it can be better. Absorbs ultraviolet light to achieve UV shielding.
In the preparation process, the purity, particle size, morphology and distribution of the constituent materials are strictly controlled to obtain high-purity nano-scale zinc oxide.
