Silver antibacterial and deodorant fiber FreeCool is an antibacterial masterbatch made from the spinning grade silver antibacterial powder developed and produced by our company. It is added during the spinning process and is made of antibacterial moisture wicking fiber. The fabric produced has a permanent antibacterial effect, and the design of the cross section of the fiber cross makes the fabric having strong water absorption and sweat permeability.

It is basically the same as the weaving and dyeing process of ordinary polyester. It should be noted that when dyeing dark fabrics, especially dark fabrics such as brown and black, dyes should be selected to prevent the antibacterial properties of the fabric. Also pay attention to the choice of softener, some softeners will also affect the antibacterial effect, it is best to use a hydrophilic softener, because the antibacterial yarn is moisture wicking, it should be fully refined after treatment, and then added with a hydrophilic softener. Strengthening the moisture wicking properties of the fabric also ensures the antibacterial properties.
