Assay Kit Description

The Conjugation QC Lateral Flow Dipstick Kit is a quick 10-minute immunochromatographic test designed for quality control of antibody and antigen conjugation to gold nanoparticles.

This rapid test enables the determination of successful conjugation for antibodies from the following sources and classes:

• Goat IgG Antibody
• Human IgG Antibody
• Rabbit IgG Antibody
• Mouse IgG Antibody

Additionally, the kit can be used to assess successful antigen conjugation to gold nanoparticles when probed with an antibody from the listed sources (not included in the kit) before running the test. For detailed guidance, refer to the product sheet.

Kit Components

• 10 Lateral Flow Dipsticks
• 1.5 mL Lateral Flow Running Buffer

Storage

The dipsticks should be stored between 2–30°C, while the Lateral Flow Running Buffer should be kept at 2–8°C. When stored as recommended, the components are stable for a minimum of 3 months.
