Product overview
ELISA Stabilizer and Blocking Solution is designed to simultaneously block unsaturated surfaces of coated microwells and stabilize antibodies, antigens or other proteins that have been attached to the surface of microwells for use in ELISA. The stabilizer allows the user to dry and store ELISA plates for a minimum of 12 months without significant loss of signal. This buffer is aseptically filtered through a 0.2 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers and is free of azide.

Storage Condition
Store at 4°C.Can be stored for up to 3 months at 2-8°C. The stabilizer allows the user to dry and store ELISA plates for a minimum of 12 months without significant loss of signal. Protect from moisture and light. No special shipping conditions or precautions are required.
Application
- ELISA Stabilizer and Blocking Solution is a ”ready-to-use” (1x) solution for stabilizing ELISA plates for drying down and storage prior to preforming ELISA.
- After the removal of the coating solution, wash the microplate wells 2 times with 400 μL of (1x) ELISA Wash Buffer (SKU: EL-C2) and 1 time with 300uL of ELISA Stabilizer and Blocking Solution.
- Add 300 μL of ELISA Stabilizer and Blocking Solution to each well of the microplate. Incubate for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
- Aspirate contents of each well, can be used immediately or allow the plate to dry and store appropriately for future use.
