Goat Anti-Guinea Pig Secondary Antibodies - Gold Conjugates
Goat anti-guinea pig secondary antibodies are produced in goat and target guinea pig IgG antibodies, including all subclasses. This antibody-antibody interaction facilitates the development of bio-assays and detection of guinea pig antibody-labeled targets.
Applications
Anti-guinea pig conjugated gold nanoparticles are ideal for applications such as lateral flow, immunoblotting, light microscopy, and electron microscopy.
Description
Gold nanoparticle core sizes available: 5nm, 10nm, 15nm, 20nm, up to 100nm. The absorbance (lambda max.) ranges between 515-520nm.
Optical density (OD) is available at OD=3 and OD=10, which can be selected in the product options.
The conjugated antibody is affinity purified anti-Guinea Pig IgG (H+L) raised in goat. It is polyclonal and supplied in a buffer containing 20mM Tris (pH 8.0), 150mM NaCl, 20% glycerol (v/v), and 1% BSA. The working dilution ranges from 1:1 to 1:100, depending on the application.
Advantages of Gold Conjugates
Gold conjugates are a sensitive technique, effective down to 100pg or less in dot-blots when used with our silver enhancement kit. They provide a permanent label, making them ideal for long-term studies.
Storage
Store undiluted in storage buffer at 2-8°C. The product remains stable for up to 4 months if stored as specified.
