Goat Anti-Rabbit Secondary Antibodies - Gold Conjugates
Goat anti-rabbit secondary antibodies are produced in goat and target rabbit IgG antibodies, along with their subclasses. This antibody-antibody interaction allows for the development of bio-assays and detection of rabbit antibody-labelled targets.
Human serum pre-adsorbed options are available for applications needing higher specificity. F(ab')2 fragments are also available; specified below.
Anti-rabbit conjugated gold nanoparticles are suitable for applications such as lateral flow, immunoblotting, light microscopy, and electron microscopy.

Advantages of Gold Conjugates
Sensitive technique (down to 100pg or less in dot-blots when used together with our silver enhancement kit). Provides a permanent label.
Storage
Store undiluted in storage buffer at 2-8 degrees Celsius. Stable for 4 months if stored as specified.
