Anti-6X His Gold Conjugates

Anti-6X His IgG is an antibody produced in mouse that binds specifically to a sequence of 6 repeating histidine residues, known as a His tag.

These His tags are typically expressed at either the C- or N-terminal regions of recombinant proteins and aid in purification and isolation using immobilized metal affinity chromatography. His tags have a strong affinity for Ni2+ through chelation.

Anti-6X His conjugated gold nanoparticles are suitable for use in applications such as lateral flow, immunoblotting, light microscopy, and electron microscopy.
