Carboxyl functionalized silver nanoparticles are ideal for conjugation of proteins and other primary amine containing ligands using standard EDC/NHS coupling chemistry.

Our carboxylated silver nanoparticles are available in 8 different sizes ranging from 10-100nm, are more than 95% spherical and have uniform size distribution (CV <18%). In addition, the choice of two different length PEG surface spacer allows control of the distance between a conjugated molecule and the silver surface.
