Inorganic silver antibacterial PC masterbatch

Inorganic silver antibacterial materials have the advantages of broad spectrum, long-lasting, non-toxic and non-residual and other antibacterial materials. In order to improve the dispersion effect of nano antibacterial agents in plastic products, This  inorganic silver antibacterial plastic masterbatch, can be directly added to general plastics and engineering plastics.

PC antibacterial masterbatch is a special antibacterial masterbatch  using inorganic silver antibacterial powder, high quality PC raw material as carrier, advanced dispersing technology and manufacturing process. Different antibacterial agent content and masterbatch of different carriers can be customized according to requirements.

Scope of use: Suitable for humidifiers, large and small appliances, refrigerators, washing machines, remote control and other injection molding supplies

Instructions: Before use, the temperature of the ordinary drying box is 110-130, the time is 2-4 hours, and the temperature of the top hopper drying box is 100-120, and the moisture content is required to be less than 0.03%. According to their own needs, add 5-6% of the dried masterbatch to the PC raw material. After mixing, the product can be produced according to the original production process. If necessary, the production process should be properly adjusted.

Packaging and storage: 25kg/bag.

Store at room temperature, avoid high temperature, waterproof and moisture-proof. Please use the product as soon as possible after unsealing.
