Inorganic antimicrobial masterbatch RN-NAN-JDSKM-PES is a new kind of antimicrobial masterbatch , which is specially for ES fibers. It is made of high-quality HDPE plastics and special technology. HDPE antimicrobial masterbatch was blended with other main materials and additives in 5% mass content to spin antimicrobial ES fibers.

Product characteristics

1. It has excellent antimicrobial properties and broad spectrum. It has strong antimicrobial effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.
2. It has good compatibility and dispersion.
3. Good safety: no precipitation, no migration, the product meets the requirements of EU RoHS directive;
4. Antimicrobial performance test: It meets the national or international requirements for antimicrobial performance test;

Proposed addition ratio: 4% – 6%, can also be adjusted according to their own needs.
