Kit contains enough material to optimize 10 protein conjugates, or one optimization reaction and scale-up production of 20ml of conjugate at a final concentration of 0.06 mg/ml silver nanoparticles.
Stable silver nanoparticle conjugates can readily be prepared by passive adsorption of a protein to the silver nanoparticle surface, which is mediated by electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions between the protein and the surface layer of the colloidal silver.

Storage
- Store product in the dark at 4°C.
- Do NOT freeze. Freezing causes irreversible aggregation of the silver nanoparticles.
- When stored as specified the product is stable for at least 6 months.
